To alleviate this burden for our customers, we streamline the entire process in-house. We understand the value of your time and prefer you to invest it in activities you love, rather than dealing with paperwork hassles!

ASSESSMENT

We evaluate your property and proposed project to ascertain whether it requires approval, adhering to NSW Planning regulations. 

If approval is necessary, our skilled compliance officer will assess whether a Development Application to the local council is required or if we can proceed with applying for a Complying Development Certificate through our trusted Private Certifier.

PLANNING

Our qualified draftsman will prepare detailed plans, ready to be submitted along with your application.

APPLICATION PREPARATION

After the plans are reviewed and approved by you, we will proceed to prepare your application for approval and submit it to either your local council or our certifier. 

The approval process for a Complying Development Certificate typically takes between 3 to 4 weeks, while approval for a Development Application can extend up to 12 weeks.

CONSTRUCTION CERTIFICATE

After obtaining approval for your Development Application from the council, the final step is to apply for a Construction Certificate through our trusted Private Certifier.

Once all the necessary legal requirements are fulfilled, and we secure the construction certificate, we are ready to commence work onsite!
